When I started this book, I had no idea the tragedy I would witness. OMG! What a mess that was. Their grief was real and I loved that they all struggled to get past it. That statement sounds morbid, but I'm glad it wasn't brushed off. It was the basis for the story and I think it was well dealt with. They still have issues at the end. So there wasn't a pretty, perfect solution/ending and I think that was the right way to end it.
