Old Loyalty, New Love
I enjoyed this one. Roman knew what he wanted and went after it. I liked his persistence and confidence when it came to Quade. The whole pack thing sort of bothered me. Jackals are not pack creatures so it was a bit difficult for me to embrace the pack in this story even though the jackal shifters were different from their full animal counterparts.
