Thursdays at Eight
The book constantly jumps from one character to another (chapter by chapter) and for the most part each woman's story is a separate story that doesn't really connect to the story of the other women. It was hard for me to get a sense of deep friendship between the women. Maybe this would have been better off as a series of books, each focusing on one woman, with the others as supporting characters, rather than try to mush all of it in one book.
