Trouble & the Wallflower
Initially I really disliked Gavin. He really was an asshat. But eventually he started to grow on me once I started to get more background on him and where he was coming from. His attitude was a front really. I hate when people are like that. It's sad. Despite his attitude, he really did like Davy and I think Davy was the perfect guy to turn Gavin around. Oliver was a sweetheart! But kids in these stories are always great. They bring an innocence to the story that makes it more endearing. This was a very enjoyable read.The narrator was a bit too excited in his reading. Some of the scenes that should have been delivered somberly were just too happy, upbeat, etc. Overall he did a fine job, but it would have been better if he'd taken it down a notch.
